What a terrible app. Made me complete the same interview multiple times and then sent me 4 emails telling me that none of the videos were recorded. So I went back to do it again, and it turns out I was missing videos for TEXT FORMAT questions. What a joke.

Its silly to think that you ll gain some understanding of an applicant in a 2 minute window. As soon as you make that one mistake, you just know you messed it up due to the time constraint. Its quite unfair and misrespresentative of applicants.

Deffintly the worst way to interview someone, there's 0 human contact, just you, your camera, and 1 stressful minute to reply with no possibiluty to remake the video in case you say something wrong or forget something.
