If this app did all advertised, 5 stars. It doesn't. I rec'd a text Wed, reminding me of a phone appt. today (Fri) for a 1 hour long recertification interview. WHAT? 2 day notice. Opened this app, no notification. My Messages, nothing. Went to My Documents then My Forms, hit Submit and WOW! There's the phone appt. notification, sent two weeks ago and 5 other notifications over the last six months. I called Soc. Svcs today to get back on mailing list. Great service if it worked.

App was working ok before. Couldn't see any messages even though it told me I had messages. Couldn't get a hold of case worker but I guess that isn't the app fault. And now when I log onto the app it doesn't show my benefits. Its nowhere to be found. I wonder why that is.

This app would get 5 stars if it linked or showed where the new info is once a notification is received. There's nothing leading to its location. Help. No one likes to look for a needle in a haystack. Thank you.
