As wary as I am of 1-star reviews, I honestly cannot conceive of a more useless or difficult to use app. Your ordering acount is not linked to your rewards account. You cannot replace any automatically applied deal, and if you go back to change the order, you get logged. It serves no purpose; just use the website.

I have to agree with many of the reviews here. The app just doesn't work. I had lunch, downloaded the app, and connected my check. All would seem good, right? NOPE. The app tells me my check is connected, but it does not give me credit for having lunch. This seems like a no brainer that would be detected during development. You should also be able to view your check history, and I do not see that feature anywhere. This is not even a good first try, you must do better.

Nice idea... but poor execution (at least on Android). On too many occasions my earned rewards failed to register (fourteentimes in a row, and counting...) Update: I love my local Uno's, but this "app" is detracting from my whole experience with the Uno's brand. I feel sorry for all of the Uno employees who are having to come up with excuses for why this (cr)app doesn't work at all. Needs a major overhaul... Update 5/28/19: Most of the problems I previously complained about seem to have been rectified. I would give the app a 4.5 right now...

This app is useless. I can't submit an online order. I can't get credit in store for the pizza club, lunch club or beer club because it requires a check number but it doesn't provide a box or field for data entry. All FAQs reference a version from 3 years ago. One local franchise created a text club because of the app issues. Unfortunately, another location won't accept the text coupons. Pretty sad when the local team has to take matters into their own hands because corporate won't fix it.

Connect to my check doesn't work 90% of the time. GPS on, connect to my check shows results from several hundred miles away and a few local spots with no option for "my location", manual location entry, or "more results".

You dont get the rewards and when you fill out a support ticket they automatically sign you to another app - Table Up. Then you have to create an account with Table Up. No thanks. This is yet another scam.
