In previous versions customers can edit the payment amount more than the bill amount. So that they can pay some amount extra in advance. It is a convenience to the customer. In present version there is no chance to edit the payment amount. Plz reinstate this feature again . If necessary you can fix this option as the payment amount should not be less than the bill amount, it must be more or equal to the bill amount. Plz provide the fecility. After that only my rating will be 5 Thanking you.

Nice...., but customer need an explanation of bill amount..like interest surcharge late fee tax extra....like a manual bill ..so need to be update like that...and one thing paid amount updating time was not equal to real time..

Features available in website are not available in app . Like meter testing etc . Also plz add CONSUMER SELF BILLING option . So that we can scan d bill at particular billing date and save the bill.

App is not working, says server busy try again since February. To their IT guys, Restart the IIS or reboot the instances/servers. Check event logs. Check db/server resources or firewall blocks.

I'm now able to vies, pay bills in Eluru Rajahmundry and Visakhapatnam. 5 stars will be earned when app becomes more user friendly. 1. Why the registration and pay bills need to be separate.? 2. Why not show bill updates on the registered bill accounts.? Is it necessary to check each bill account separately for bills? 3. Why not have auto-pay provision in the app with bank tie-up?

Non responsive. It always says server busy. I dont know why. Its only once in a month affair for the customer but it still cant serve the purpose
