I have already registered with this app, but when I try to login and book sand it's not opening up ( MOST OF THE TIMES)

Seriously...So many users are facing issues with this app... Not sure what type of use we have by using this application. Unfortunately i was also faced some issues... few times even though we had entered our otp it wont allow to login and ....if we try to book sand it will show some message like upgrading servers.... We dont have less rating below this...if we have i will give zero rating....please fix these bugs and make this application works perfectly.

Sand is not booking at all, application is showing it is been upgrading since from 60days ,,, wow what a sand management ,, and if you try to book in web, it won't go to payment app. Truth : Literally sand sale is happing background in a huge scale. Jagan anna : please 🙏 help us to middle class family and please take serious action on sand management who are deeling like brokers. Note : This is happening only in Nellore district.

Worst app ever, sometimes it will never send OTP to login and suggests to use website to book sand, And we will never be able to book sand from website as it keeps loading after submitting and gets timeout. The main tragedy is when I try to reach customer 14500 it's saying please reach out customer care. We agreed govt orders for paying for sand but atleast govt should listen to people's problem and there is no way to raise concern. In result sand mafia is selling a truck for 4000 (2600actual)

This is shittiest app you can find on play store currently...I don't where the problem is from... It is taking around 20 minutes to find a sand depot near me and to go to the payment page, I think it may take decades...I can't at all access the payment portal... This app is a good example how things work with Andhra Pradesh government

I am taking a moment to write a review for this app .. to be frank this is my first time doing it and i hope its my last time ever. First of all i would like to say this is the worst and at the same time most important application for people out there. The UI is buggy.Its taking ever to login after entering the OTP. I tried using the website but its one kinda of a thing itself and cant tolarate the infinite loading loop anymore so i thought the app could be a good alternative and its even worse
