It would have been nice to know before I bought it that this company essentially abandoned the system and program. Sure, it works and was pretty easy to setup, but the interface is not clean, the app crashes when it really has no reason to be running about 25x / day, and they won't answer emails. Hopefully you were smarter than I was and you fix your due diligence prior to purchasing!

It's a simple app with a smooth and clean interface, good controls. It's not easy to add the device here, because the qr code and the camera size is too different. It's not clear that we can change the cameras names in the app, and worst of all, it's always crashing and giving errors and closing the app. Missing Thumbnails mode during cameras visualization. Every-time we enter phone Settings, there's a message saying this app was closed ! Cameras image before we open them, it's the same for all of them. Even tho it's a different camera. Unable to change the cameras Name. Missing zoom feature. After 2 years of use. No updates App always crash .
