Stories are awesome. App itself may be good. The system of buying tokens is painful and hobbles the whole product. It takes you through unsecured non SSL web pages, with a separate account set up, asking for personal info like addresses and phone numbers. None of it secured (it's pretty easy and free nowadays with letsencrypt to add a certificate to a site). The final credit card payment is secure via a regular payment gateway. We put off buying tokens for months thanks to the lack of security. Corona pushed us to check it out again. The monthly subscription is not for a month. Its for a calendar month. So buying something today (27th) is a waste of time. Had to explain to the kids they'll have to wait till May.

Love the stories, but the app stucks. To listen to stories take time and needs to be done a few times. Sometimes the stories just stop. App is very slow and not user friendly. I have already cleared my cashe and my cookies in my browser and restarted my phone and re locked in a few times.

Sound goes off after awhile if screen off, need to buy monthly subscription every month manually tell me there is new version and then no update in app store

Opted for the April subscribtion. Great stories but very dissipointed in streaming quality - stories getting stuck every few seconds.
