The Road Travel App was created to promote a workplace free from accidents and health hazards by increasing road safety while you are travelling for business between various sites and clients.

It is a secure and enhanced user experience that is simple and easy to use for both road travellers and approvers. The Road Travel App is a mobile environment for a more efficient, streamlined travel process, automatic notifications from planning, approval, compliance, executing your trip from start to finish, and downloading travel logs for claim submissions.

Get real-time GPS navigation, save time and increase safety with live traffic alerts, expected arrival time and automatically calculated distances for your trip, by choosing your favourite Navigation App within the Road Travel App. The App uses location tracking only when the user is on a journey.

There is an opt-out function for private travel within a business trip - only business travel is captured. You can save your regular trips as “Favourite Locations” for quick and easy access and get a weather forecast of your destination at the start of your journey.

Geofencing creates automated notifications and alerts to travellers about potential unsafe conditions at specific sites and sends notifications to loved ones, approvers and site hosts on the traveller’s journey from start to finish of the trip.

The Road Travel app is here to ease your business trip planning, approval, execution and safety for each business trip you undertake.
