When the app works, it's great and easy to use. I continually have issues with the SSB app. Currently it's stuck on the opening, grey "splash screen" with the white "A" in the middle. I have a Galaxy Note 10+ (Model: SM-N975U) with the latest Android OS version (N975USQS4CTG1) which was released in August and there are no newer updates. This is not the first time the "hanging" issue has occurred. ***Update*** Thanks to the developer for super simple instructions that fixed the app.

Hey guys!! I really really love this app and how simple and easy it is to use. But, recently I have tried opening the app and the screen doesn't load in. I tried to wait 5 minutes and it still hadn't worked. I tried on my friends IPhone and got in no problem. Would love to have it working again on Android.

It just isn't working. It won't go any farther than the gray screen with the A... sometimes I don't even get the A. Update- Another person commented having problems who has the same phone as me so I followed the directions that were given and VOILA... IT'S FIXED!!! Thank you to Amway Corp for your guidance. 👏🏾

Installed it several times. Restarted phone several times(to reboot), still wouldn't go past the Grey A symbol. (On a Andtoid device. If it helps with rectifying the issue).

The way u fix the black screen problem is go on ur app settings and go to the amway switch app and delete the data then open the app and do what u did when u first opened the app. Happy building.

Use to be a valuable tool. It is now stuck and I can't use it. When they have an update, I hope it works again.
