This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AssetTrack® 4 on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Is AMI still in business? I have reached out to their sales team numerous times with no response. EDIT: I had the CEO Thomas Watson look me up via LinkedIn and message me. He apologized for any issue I might have had and linked me with one directly with his sales team and get me everything I needed to begin pitching this product to management. Having used AssetTrack in the past I can say that this is a truly great solution, I was worried that they went out of business. Thank goodness this is not the case. I am impressed at the lengths that Thomas went to to track me down and see that my needs were being met as a customer.

app for Android. Receive, store, deploy, move and retire hardware assets wirelessly using your camera or Bluetooth barcode scanner.
