Old app worked just fine. Now I have to re-register, but the new app keeps crashing! Since it's the electric company and they know I have to pay their bill they can do whatever they want! Grrr! I don't imagine too many people spend hours playing on their electric companies app! So why the terrible update? Gets worse with each update!

continual loop. i click login, it acts like it's opening in another app for some reason, then it goes back to the home page. i click login, and it does the exact same thing. I've already cleared cache and uninstalled/reinstalled. never had this issue before the big system change

Not sure what's going on with the app. Worked fine last month. Let's me log in then a popup box says to go to the website for whatever reason and to come back for the new features. I go to the website, see nothing new, then try to go back to the app and it's a continuous cycle. I just wanna pay my bill so I can continue to have lights and air conditioning.

Use to be able to log in without any issues. Now it just freezes and does nothing. Check for update, didn't have one. Removed and reinstalled, no changes in the issues. Use to be super helpful and convenient, now its a PITA

What did you do to this app? It worked perfectly until three months ago. Now log-ins often fail and there appears to be a redirect to a Web page? If I wanted to pay my bill by browser, I would! Please revert to old version format! I would give this zero stars if possible. Do you wish to be paid or not? Now I can log in. I am stuck at "Authorizing, Please wait".It continues running unless you manually kill the process! Fix this.If you get an email bill;use the quickpay link.... It actually works!

Edit: You will have to ask for a password reset due to changes (your password gotta need special characters on it now), your usual username won't be anymore but the email you used to register your account. After this you will be able to enter your account. ******* It was working fine before the update, now says my user name and/or password are incorrect. Been using the same for years, I even have it written down just in case. Can't log in on the app neither in the website.
