This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing link-U on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

It's not that it's bad: is just not done yet. It asks me for name and password with no way to register. If I click "forgot password", it tells me to enter my email, but provides me no place to do it. The app is just not complete enough to use.

Link-U is a network camera APP that can monitor the link-U Camera. The
link-U Camera is the first of its kind, has onboard 3G/4G and Wi-Fi modem, and can connect from anywhere under any circumstances.

The link-U built-in Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) gateway controls several different Smart Devices like a Weather Station, Active Plug, Bulb, or additional Smart Sensors like Smoke Sensors, PIR Sensor or Shock sensor. The link-U Camera will send out push notifications to end users’ smartphones once it's triggered by an event.

link-U gives you the freedom to monitor and control an area remotely, increasing home security and make your home a smart home.
