lateness in reply, not committed to the timing they promise and the prices they offer is triple the market price... usually you are willing to pay higher when it comes with good service but huge difference in prices with market without service doesn't make any sense...

Crazy i cancelled the order and still got a call from the service provider and whatsap msg from the app customer service asking me about the service?!! + FYI online ads or visiting any shop is much cheaper than what you offer and we won't get our phone numbers randomly distributed among you and your service providers

inexperienced and scamming workers will be recommended and will not be able to handle a simple job or claim to have fixed the problem and get paid. the problem will remain. the prices are not set or standardized and the worker won't even give you a receipt. عمال فاشلين ونصابين واسعار مبالغ فيها

Very bad customer service as u did not get a call back from the designated techncian since more than a week and then i was contacted by the app support that they will close my request because i did not contact the technician. What a bad and unorganized management. Out if my experience i don't trust this app and i still will go the conventional way.
