worst experience. returned 2 items on 30th May.... n still they r unable to update my store credit!!! returned items r approved also .... more than 15 days r gone and still everything when I call them , they ask me to wait for 48 hour. never ever buy from this site guys!!! namshi, sivvi etc. all r better than this... there service is poor.

I wanted to order a bag called customer support and asked him about promotion. The guy totally unaware of it. Seemed like he was going through pages himself to find about the promo code I gave him. In the end he was like this code expired yesterday. Email reply comes after 3 days. I won't order on a website who has such slow customer support. Namshi all the way ✌️

I love shopping with them but they need to change the delivery charge and make it above 100 not 400 ... plus they need to and exchange option.

product quality : 100. Customer Service : 0. False marketing when I ordered as they said free delivery over 200 and then I was still charged. They assured this would be refunded once I receive my order. Been 4 weeks now and customer service never replies either anything useful and no follow up either, I've wasted so much time on it already. Would not recommend. Customer service makes or breaks your company.
