Everytime the app updates it tells me that my password has expired and to create a new one. I go to update my password and it asks for my old password and the new one. I enter my old password and put the updated password and click save. It always tells me that my old password is not correct. I am putting in the correct password. I need this app for work. For it to act up like this for days on end until it finally lets me access my account is unacceptable.

Have to uninstall and reinstall twice a year at least due to it not connecting. Yet surprisingly it works just fine on reinstall. Fix your app!

For what they charge I expected a far better app. Constant updates on their end, but if we need to update the schedule, employees end up waiting days sometimes before they get the updated version, and even then they don't all get it at the same time. If your schedule is set in stone, this app is great, but if that's the case you probably don't need the app at all. If you are going to have constant changes like most places, your better off looking elsewhere for a scheduler. 2/5 is generous, trust

Everytime it updates it basically locks me out the app, and everytime i reopen it, it keeps saying theres an update, even though it has bern updated, i uninstalled-reinstalled, force stopped, cleared data and cache yet it's still stubborn. All in all it's poor quality and i wouldn't recommend businesses to rely on it.

Our staff is listed my first initial and partial last names. This app sucks. Not user friendly. You can't mass message staff only managers. It's a terrible app. Don't use this. Good luck trying to get shifts covered between staff through this app. No phone numbers, no first names, it's not good at all. Hotscheduels is better. Unfortunately

required for my job, but its eh at best. i dont like the notifications, because they never seem to actually be what changed about the schedule. also noone uses the messaging feature, so im not sure if its any good
