Ordered back in August and then September the 1st I decided to message them to ask where it was and they responded it got lost in transit but didnt bother to tell me until I messaged asking. Then they agreed to send out another which I said was fine but I didnt receive anything so I've been contacting them since september asking and all they done was read my messages and not get back to me. Today they finally got back to me and I asked for a refund as it's a bit of a joke now.
