This is by far the worst app I've ever used. The worst part is I don't have a choice. Im forced to use this app to program this Allegion equipment. It truly seems like there was absolutely no testing done on this app whatsoever. There are so many bugs that I really don't know where to start. The developers should really just scrap this garbage and start over.

"recalibrate DPS using Engage App" So easily recommended, but YOU try finding this function. Schlage support website is a rickety mess.

Easy to use, great access control solution

The app needs to be reset every time you do a firmware update to a gateway. It is constantly giving error messages or loading with "please wait" for up to a half hour with allowing for anything else to be done, which forces you to close the app repeatedly just to make any progress. I have a large site with around 90 gateways and 250 wireless locks and i am forced to use this app to activate this equipment, the process has taken far to long because of all of the issues with this app. Awful

Programmed 120 rms so far and it has worked perfectly

Super buggy implementation, screen goes to sleep while refreshing linked devices, on wake, it forces another refresh that takes forever. By far, the most horrible part is poor form validation, took me 3 days to figure out why an NDE would pair then fail on communication. Apparently there is a limit on NDE name length. No one at tech support had any clue what the issue could be. Common guys, its 2019, validate all the fields and find out from the hardware developers what the max length is.
