ALFA dapat diakses oleh Franchisee Aktif dan Calon Franchisee. Selain akses laporan keuangan, ALFA juga menjadi platform untuk memberikan update informasi terbaru yang berkaitan dengan gerai. Bagi calon franchisee, Anda dapat mengajukan usulan lokasi gerai melalui aplikasi ini. Untuk menggunakannya, diperlukan akun yang terdiri atas alamat email dan kata kunci (password).
