placed an order at 2150 on Friday night and never received the order.
phones on sunday to find out why we have still been charged and he said he
doesnt do refunds. obviously doesnt know how trading standards work. anyway
they need to be more customer orientated. a simple sorry or refund without
having to chase it up would of been fine. Why accept orders on app if you
cant send them out.
