L’objectif de cette application mobile est de permettre aux prestataires de Cryo Express de suivre et d’assurer une traçabilité des commandes qu’ils doivent réaliser. Pour se faire, l’agent à la possibilité de visualiser sa tournée journalière et de scanner les différents codes barres liés à sa commande et ainsi pouvoir faire une remontée en temps réel à la «Contrôle Tower » en charge des prises de commande et du suivi client.

En complément cette application permet :
• Une authentification avec un champ identifiant et mot de passe.
• La visualisation de la tournée journalière de l’agent connecté à l’application.
• L’affichage de tous les scans fait dans la journée avec la possibilité d’effectuer une synchronisation avec le central à n’importe quel moment (mode déconnecté)
• La saisie d’informations complémentaires pour chaque commande qui sont automatiquement remontée à la contrôle Tower de livraison.
• L’affichage du détail d’une commande particulière présente dans sa liste de travail.
• La recherche dans l’historique d’une livraison qu’à fait l’agent.

Cette application est un complément idéal pour les prestataires de Cryo Express qui leur permet, en temps réel, de savoir à partir de leur Iphone leur tournée journalière.
