AIRDELY Customer is an Apps platform riding on the IT and mobile application technology to provide a means to collaborate between Air Travellers and parcel delivery.
The mobile app creates earning opportunities for Air Travellers by allowing them to register as an on-board courier capitalizing on their unused check-in and hand carry luggage allowances to air courier parcel(s) for the Customer for a given fee. As an assurance to the Air Travellers, all parcels will be securely screened, and security cleared to ensure that they are safe to be carried.
Customers using the mobile app to send their parcels will benefit from a faster delivery time(next available flight) and an envisaged lower delivery cost. As an added protection, the Customers have the option to insure their parcels transacted via AIRDELY mobile application against damages and losses for a small fee.
AIRDELY’s office will collect, process and security screen all parcels. The parcels will then be handed over to the Air Traveller to carry it to the overseas airport for delivery to the Customer Recipient’s address.
AIRDELY will only deal with parcels less than 30 Kg which is within the luggage allowance of a fare paying air passenger.
Instant matching with Air Travellers going to your parcel destination countries. Currently, AIRDELY Apps is only available for parcels outbound from Singapore.

For the Air Traveller whom like to earn money as an onboard courier:
Step 1: Register Your Trip
Register, login, then register your upcoming flight itinerary on our platform. By doing so, you’re telling us the date and time of your trip, the route that you’re taking, and how many unused checked luggage weights you’ll have available to carry our parcels.
Step 2: Pick Up Your Assigned Parcels
24 hours before your departure, we will inform you if there is any parcel(s) for you to deliver. Once assigned, we will inform you to pick up your shipment(s) at your departure airport. All shipped items come in an attractive pre-packed AIRDELY bag, so you don’t have to worry about finding space in your own personal luggage. However, you can choose to put into your luggage if the parcel is small enough to fit into it. All parcels are securely screened and cleared. So, they are safe to be carried onboard. All the parcels come complete with a digital manifest and descriptions of every included item.
Step 3: Complete The Delivery
Once you’ve landed, head to baggage claim and retrieve your AIRDELY bag. Meet up with our delivery agent and hand over the parcel to him right in the arrival airport. No extra trips.
For the Customer whom wants to send a parcel overseas, especially very urgent parcel:
Step 1: Register Your Parcel
Register, login, then register your parcel details on our platform. By doing so, you’re giving us the parcel and Recipient details. You can choose to drop the parcel to us personally or to use our delivery partners to collect the parcel from you. For urgent parcels, you have the option for the parcels to be collected by the Recipient at the arrival airport. Otherwise, our delivery partners will provide the last mile delivery to your intended Recipient. AIRRDELY prices are transparent, we will deliver your parcel faster and at a lower price comparing to other courier charges. Once you are satisfied, proceed to make payment.
Step 2: Track Your Parcel
The Apps allows you to track the movement of your parcel any time until the parcel is received by your Recipient.
