Essco or jaguar is the worst company in terms of service. I bought a gyeser 2 years ago and have been facing issues since then. It has been 45 days since i registered my complaint and issue has not been resolved because spare part is not been replaced. I spent all winters bathing in cold water just because of this gyeser. It is my humble opinion that noone should but products of this company.

Earlier version was better. When you type a product code you get exactly that product, but now it show similar other products as well. Which takes lot of time and complete waste.
