This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Tickets ToGo on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

TicketsToGo ermöglicht Ihrem Techniker oder Ihrem Außendienstmitarbeiter, sich direkt die Arbeitsauftäge in Form von Tickets auf sein mobiles Gerät zu laden. Er kann seine Arbeiten dokumentieren wie Anfahrt, Arbeitsschritte und ggf. Analysen und diese direkt in die Zentrale zurücksenden.

Importieren Sie Ihre Tickets auf Ihr Handy oder Tablet inkl. aller Dokumente und Anleitungen (PDF's, DOCS, usw). Bearbeiten Sie Ihre Tickets, inkl. automatischer Zeitmessung. Erstellen Sie z.B. Fotos für Ihre Nachweise, und übertragen Sie diese zurück ins zentrale Ticketsystem.
