Not user friendly. Filters don't work. I use it only there is no alternative to get to the desktop.

I only use the app when I absolutely have to. It takes so longer to load pages. It's faster to get my laptop out, wait for it to start up, sign in, open my browser and login the Accelo website. The app would be so useful if every action didn't take an age to load. Please hire someone who knows how to fix performance issues! I beg you!

I was very hopeful for Accelo since the web version is amazing. The problem is, I am in a trade and most of my employees use the mobile app. The inability to view attachments through the mobile app has caused me to go elsewhere.

The default filters for tickets and tasks make this unusable. Why would I ever want to see closed tickets and completed tasks? Too much click friction to make using a mobile app worth it.
