Open the app, it asks for a VIN. you can either scan the barcode or enter manually. From the start, it displays an error that it cannot use the camera to scan the barcode and when I try to enter it manually, the phone recognizes the field as an area to type, but no characters ever show up. Since I can't just select a year, make, and model, this app is useless to me.

Awful, cannot login with app but I can on the PC, furthermore, in order to change password from app you have to call customer service... not happening, I think everyone but the developers know what it's like to have to call any customer service for anything (whether the service is good or not) just a f#$%&*g hassle. FIX this S@%T and maybe I will install it again & I just might buy something from you.

Can only sometimes log in, doesn't know the VIN in the app but knows it on the computer. The layout is great and accurate but the actual operation of the app is horrible

Downloaded it to look up parts and toys for my rig. I couldn't look anything up without signing in. I go online and create an account, then try to sign in on the app and ot doesn't work. After no luck, I read the full description (after reading other comments) and discovered at the very bottom it states: "To look up parts or upload scanned vehicles to your Advance Professional account, you must be an active professional customer." Very misleading and disappointing.

Couldn't Use App.... It's not set up to be very user friendly at all. There is no area to sign up, only a sign in area. I did find a place online to signup for an app but it didn't let me fill in all the areas then would ask me to fill in the areas missed that it wouldn't give you access to. Kind of redundant and a good bit frustrating.

Shtinky poo poo! 1. I can not sign up through the app (had to do that with the PC). 2. I can not sign in through the app even though I have opened an account and made online purchases (done yesterday). As of right now this app is completely useless. Please fix this.
