About this app

Applikasjonen «Ekstern» er utviklet for tjenesteytere med kontraktuelle forhold til Oslo Lufthavn AS. Applikasjoner er således for intern bruk for å gjøre registreringer og administrerer registreringer i OSL´s ERP system.

Ved nedlastning må brukere registrere seg. Brukerdata blir validert før applikasjonen settes aktiv, og bruker vil motta en e-post for å bekrefte sin identitet.

Applikasjonen «Ekstern» er utviklet for mobile enheter for å kunne kommunisere med lufthavnens FDV-system, Driftssentralen Teknisk og Driftssentralen Sikkerhet. Applikasjonen er spesifikt utviklet innenfor 3 system-områder :

a) Ny-registreringer av arbeidsordre.
b) Oversikt over tildelte oppdrag
c) Planlegging av oppdrag
d) Statusrapportering av oppdrag

I applikasjonens tilleggs-menyer er det også muligheter for å vedlegge bilder, datafiler, angi din GPS-posisjon eller legge til lydfiler. Det er også integrert QR-leser for å kunne lese QR-etiketter som tekniske objekter er merket med.

Dette ser vi for oss vil gi Osl´s tjenesteytere, kontraktseiere og saksbehandlere effektiv og nyttig informasjon i en planleggingsfase og til en utførende fase av oppdragene.
