An app you can't do anything with you can't open new account always give the user name is already used whatever you put the same results you will get, you have to do it on website even if you do it on website you can't login using the app !!!!!

2021 and still ADDC app is very basic and hangs and slowly . and today ab not able to login as well

In general i am very happy about ADDC website payments but this time as mentioned by others its been 2-3 days since i have not been able to login into my account via the app. However today i logged in via the mobile chrome website and i was able to make the payment. However as i was logging in i was alerted by Chrome App that i need to change my password for addc.ae ! Is anyone else facing the same issue ? After the update on 10 Nov 2020, i have been able to login without any hassle on Android.

Horrible! Is someone even looking into this app? It is useless at all. First, it was not recognizing my E-id number. Second, the password you enter is always erroneous! I have to sit for 30 minutes just making new password. Then just when all was okay, it will tell you that your username isn't available...at the end of it all!
