Can't use your app.. it says 'cannot fetch the information, please restart your app'. After restarting, it keeps repeating the same notice and I am unable to log in. Can't do anything at all

Main payment method does not work, only goes to step 1 of 3. There is no final payment approval step, i.e. approval PIN or other. The App also allowed me to pay twice, no payment verification or balance check on your side either. REALLY poor

Bad service ..not comfortable at all

Very poor customer experience when using the mobile app. Same credentials work in Taqa website when trying to login into account and to pay. But the same credentials doesn't work in Android app and iOS app. Tried resetting the password multiple times. But it doesn't work in the mobile apps only. Very very poor user experience 😖
