1&2: good if it's possible again- it wasn't when I did it last 3: why have that configuration. 4: looking forward to it. White there have been some improvements, more issues have been added. You can withdraw an expense but not edit it. If you use the return trip function, you can't change the distance individually and it's not calculated for both and it doesn't allow for decimals. There's no way around using both the web app and the app, and both are annoying.

It worked well. Then 2021 comes and I can't even open the app - update. It started working again after I reinstall.

The app asked me for a review, so here goes. In short I would strongly recommend everyone to look elsewhere if their intent is to manage travel expenses. The app is OK, albeit slow and with some annoying bugs, for general expenses that happen infrequently and where there is no shared information between any two transactions. Since my company switched to this app for travel expense management, I have at least doubled the time spend processing expenses. What used to take no more than 20-30 minutes on a busy week now takes at least twice that if everything works out as it should. When it doesn't, which also happens a lot, it requires at least one e-mail to the accounting department to have them manually fix something the app handles incorrectly or doesn't support. Maybe it's my company's fault for choosing an app that is not suited to the task, but this app is not designed to handle traveling expenses. In a travel expenses app, the basic activity would be "register expenses incurred during a trip", while in this app it is simply "register an expense". Since a trip usually has more than one item to expense, this fundamental design flaw in the app means that information such as "which customer to bill the expense to", "where did you go" and similar information which is identical for everything on the entire trip must be input for every single expense instead of only once. If the costs should be split among multiple customers the split must also be done for every single expense. There is no way to register a split for an entire trip, since the app has no concept of "trip". This is frustrating, increases non-billable time spent on registering travel expenses, and increases the chance of errors due to typos. The app is also slow and has quite a few annoying bugs, such as one form with a field that is required but not marked as such. If that field is not filled out the app deletes everything on the form without warning.

Need the featue that allows you to click on the background so the keyboard hides, so you can click on the done button. Update 1. I am using the Google keyboard and when I have entered al the needed information (the last I fil out is the one at the bottom) which in my case is "why" a text field. And here there is no "ok" button So I have to click on hours again I can click "done" or "cancel" and the and first then I can click on submit.
