I can't get it to make a sound to notify me. I get messages and the only 2 mins later dies the system email me. By that time the visitor is gone. It also does not show a badge on my android phone that let's me know I have a pending message. Please fix

conversations is great and this is is a handy addition to functionality. limited as to what you can do in app (e.g. can't amend contact info) but useful to be able to chat on the go.

Notifications aren't working and no way to turn them on or off in the app.

Great app and even better support! I had an issue where messenger conversations would show up blank. The support team worked with me to troubleshoot the issue and then released an update to the app.
