Every time I try to open this app I have to sign in multiple times. The app says my session has expired with a non-spinning buffer arrow on the bottom of the screen. I have to force close the app multiple times and uninstall and reinstall in order to use it on my cell phone. This is beyond frustrating.

It makes me Go through the security authentication process Every single time I open the app. Now the app won't even load. You click on the app and it just stays on the purple achiever's page and eventually just closes itself out. This is how I get notifications for work so this is highly inconvenient. The security authentication process has been going on for at least 6 months, but the purple screen staying forever before closing out started today.

The app wasn't very good before. Now I can't even use it after this last update. Guess it doesn't really matter tho since my company is stingey with points so there's no point in logging on. Seems it would be easier to just get cash bonuses. Beware of cashing in your points, you'll get inundated with spam email, calls, etc., since you have to agree to let them use your personal info for "reasons". Edit: well, I can say this. The developer for the app responded way quicker than my employer.

FIX THIS APP, PLEASE! I never used to have any issues with it until a couple of months ago when I was logged out randomly now when I log back in it logs me out right after I exit the app and have to constantly log back in and re submit a security code everytime. I don't know why this is doing that, but please fix this. I have tried un installing/re installing and clearing all data and cache from it, and it still doesn't work right.

App is great at times but like everyone else ever since the last update the reloadable card page won't load just shows a blank screen. Uninstalled then reinstalled, cleared cache. Then sent them an email about the issue which I got an email back asking if I could give a review on the service they provided which was none? Anyways fix the reloadable card page and the app will be good again.

It's a great tool for work to offer great feedback for staff and provide rewards for their recognition. However, I've found purchasing vouchers is the much cheaper option as physical goods cost much more than in the shops you can get the vouchers for. The app itself is really annoying though, constantly signs me out and then rejects the password for it , even though correct, and blocks your account which takes for ever to get back into.
