About this app

*** WHAT IS IT ***
Achievator is a tool for achieving goals using proportional time management. Proportional time management is a time management that is based on the fact that the amount of rest should proportional to the amount of work. Achievator might be useful for you if:
- You often give up achieving the goal halfway.
- You realize that you can use your time in a more efficient way.
- You need an external motivation to work efficiently.
- You've tried a lot of different time management techniques and none of them have really worked out.
- You are just looking for new ways to improve your efficiency.

*** HOW IT WORKS ***
The main thing in proportional time management is not to let the available time run out. You can affect the available time by being in either RESTING REGIME or WORKING REGIME. For every second in the working regime you gain COEFFICIENT amount of seconds and for every second in the resting regime you lose one second. The value of coefficient you choose yourself based on what pace you are comfortable to work in. The only way to turn on the working regime is to declare a SPRINT.

*** EXAMPLES OF REGIMES ***
1. STUDENT
Coefficient is 2 (for 1 hour of work you get 2 hours of rest). It is 16 hours of rest for 8 hours of work per day. Recommended sprint duration is 8-12 hours (duration of a sprint should exceed the minimal required value so that you are saving up some time for the future). Such regime will be a good fit for those who only started to use Achievator or somebody who has just entered a brand new field.

2. BUSINESSMAN
Coefficient is 1 (for 1 hour of work you get 1 hour of rest). It is 12 hours of rest for 12 hours of work per day. Recommended sprint duration is 12-16 hours. Such regime will be a good fit for active businessmen.

3. ASIAN
Coefficient is 0.5 (for 1 hour of work you get 1 hour of rest). It is 8 hours of rest for 16 hours of work per day. In this regime you most likely need to introduce polyphasic sleep, you got to work at least 20 hours per day in order to save up something for the future. Such regime will be a good fit for some crazy asian workaholics.
