1-800Accountant isn't worth the money they charge. I was charged $2079 for the year along with the regular 39.99 a month for "portal access". What they provide is nothing you can't accomplish using TurboTax and by hiring an accountant on an as-needed basis. Their invoicing features are sub-par and PayPal offers the same level for free. Do not work with this company if you're looking to run a business efficiently, please don't make the mistake I did.

An absolutely terrible application. And they have the audacity to charge you a monthly $35 fee for this garbage. It wont even do the basics, like sync to your calendar. So if you dont log in, you'll have no idea that they set up an appointment with you. And the way that they set this up, you cant access your 800 Accountant team if you dont use the app, which you're required to pay for. Nothing like being held hostage. ZERO STARS! My accountant is awesome and very knowledgeable. The app is ok it logs you out sometimes and then it seems like you have to change your password. Also the only other reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I wish some of the features were more detailed or customizable. Other then that great service!

Posted on 10/10/19 - The app continues to not track milage as much as they say they will address this.. they have not my accountant has been missing for a while now and I've been charged a 29$ "access" charge with no explanation (I'm a paying customer and have paid for the accounting service) the app has made it a chore to keep all the logs for my business due to its tendency to crash. In short this app is trash you're better off using paper and pen which is sad for this failed QB Clone.

app is great for the price but we went ahead at did the $1700 package and it is trash no one responds to our tax questions in a timely fashion our taxes we're sent in late. not at all worth the extra money . we will keep the app but will not renue the services.

App constantly crashes or force closes. Doesnt log all the info. Have to reinstall on daily basis
