I really like this app. If you're looking for LOCAL news try this it's the best one so far

Reveiw is for the app itself I enjoy reading ABC30. The app either never opens completely showing a blank white screen with a blue header or takes multiple minutes to show anything at all on data or WiFi. Currently running Android 11 but have had the same issue on multiple OS updates and different devices.

I used to love this app but now im deleting it due to excessive skipping. I cant even watch a whole news clip because it skips and I miss half of whats being said. Very frustrating! Now I have to find a different app to get my local news. Fix the skipping issues and Ill reinstall. Til then, goodbye ABC😞

Great app when it comes to notifications unlike other news apps. However, this is a brand new phone that I have up-to-date high memory and yet your app slows down the phone. When I press on the notification to read the article it doesn't come up right away it has a blank page like it's taking its time to appear. It also locks up all my other apps and phone. Sometimes I have to clear it and then reopen it because it will take a while for it to generate a page. Maybe it's time for an app survey.

I have had ABC's 30 app for several years..and have thoroughly enjoyed it. lately however I have noticed an abundance of ads. I cannot scroll the news articles without watching an ad. This is sad. A company that should be founded on a basis of truth, honesty and openness..has revealed, that just like most businesses..its not about the consumer but about profit. Will be deleting and seeking out knowledge and news on my own. Peace out Abc.

6/1/19 Updated: Will not load articles when I tap on a new news notification! Use to be better! This is a great app to get local news except that I use to be able to see the whole headline in the notification preview but the most recent update only shows only a short section of the headline in the notification preview. Some articles I like to read the whole article but others it was nice to just see the headline. Bring back the whole headline in the notification preview and it could be 5 stars!
