Using BlueStacks

When I updated my app I tried opening up the app and it doesn't let me it says that the app keeps stopping and I still to this date cannot open the app, the new update doesn't let me open that app

App crashes alot. I can't even open the app currently it won't work. I cannot set a schedule on their as well everytime I try the app crashes
