I'm totally unhappy with the app. It's totally not user friendly. Even when it asks for feedback, there is no submit button after rating and reviewing our previous experience. Everytime there is a mismatch in count of what we give for ironing and what we get. It's totally confusing as we do not have the order history in the app for reference. Shouldn't we be having all the previous history? Also we never get call or sms for pick up or delivery time of clothes. Are we to wait for them always?

After multiple trials( after 3 months of using Isthree) I can say that this app and this enterprise itself is very inefficient.Details about pickup date and delivery date are not mentioned and even if mentioned, they are never followed.Somtimes part of your order doesnt even come.I have had instances where only half of the clothes were delivered. There is no customer service at all so there is no way to contact these people. Only good part is the service(ironing) is done well. Very unorganised.

Unable to change my Mobile number in app. i did not found the option. am able to see my profile. but its not editable. only change address option available in app... help me to change the number which was spelled incorrect while login.

The app doesn't state the rates for the services. i searched the app, but no where was anything given, such as for dry cleaning suits the rates are, or for ironing shirt the rate is and so on.
