Easy to use in car rentals or small hotels while making your work easier and reduce chance to rent same item twice at same time. Unlimited number of items with clear descriptions allows to quickly create reservation on correct room/car even for new employees.

Price is displayed on each item as well as brief description to make it easier to immediately respond to any question i.e. you can write if this car has GPS or if there is TV set in that room this is especially helpful if you have many different setups.

For each reservation you can add basic information like name or company as well as you can add any custom information e.g. invoice number, any special request from client or anything that you may need. This provides you with all required data in a single place. There are many programs with longer history which don't have this feature.

Search function can help find out who was driving when you receive parking or speeding fine.

Clear and simple user interface (UI) with minimal number of buttons yet with extensible settings which allow to customize it to your liking. For example you can change reservation colors or number of days or items displayed (although picking to high number may significantly slow application).

With colored reservations you can easily tell you employees if this is confirmed with e.g. green or orange it its uncertain.
