Using BlueStacks

Smart Office was designed for hybrid work, when employees are in constant rotation and the number of desks, parking spaces or other resources to be managed by the USO is limited.

Standalone Smart Office modules
1) URVE Desk - booking of desks and scheduling of office visits,
2) URVE Room - booking of meeting rooms with the option to order catering and equipment,
3) URVE Park - booking of parking spaces,
4) URVE Locker - booking and management of employee lockers with parcel machine functionality,
