The mobile app works great, so much so that I avoid the desktop app which frequently stalls for “connecting” . I really appreciate having this streamlined timecard app right at my fingertips. It is the most hassel-free system I have ever worked with. If I had one suggestion it would be having the option to enable location access and get a notification when I leave the worksite and forget to clock out.

After another time tracking app failed us, we decided to get give Time clock hub a try. After I started the free trial, I was almost immediately contacted by a real person from Time clock hub welcoming us and offering a free training and support if we needed it. After a day of poking around checking things out I decided to use the live chat button to ask a question about a feature and was connected with Anna B who answered my questions and walked me through setting up a comp time feature. If you own or work for a Construction company, there’s not a better Time Keeping App out there. It makes employees, office staff and owners lives all easier. Employees love it because they don’t have to deal with keeping track of paper and the office loves it because they get way better info from the field and they get it immediately.

Time clock hub is great. When I first signed up for work they emailed me right away with instructions on how to use their system. It's super user friendly, and pretty straight forward. And they have an app!

It would be better if it didn't use so much data, & ping your location 182 times in one day. But as for keeping up with you time and what you did for the day it's GREAT!!

The app itself is nice and adaptable, and much more convenient than a lot of other methods I have used to clock in. Unfortunately, I did happen to have some issues with the GeoFence, and I went over to support to handle the bugs related to some of my hours getting eaten by location tracking. Jasmine on the support team came in to help me out and fix the issues, and the whole app works like a charm again. Couldn't be happier with support's hunger to improve the app and my experience with it!
