This app is a dumpster fire. You can't search tickets, you cannot go back into tickets after submitting them. I do not recommed this app at all. Mobile service was 100 times better the this.

I use this app everyday for work. I'm in the HVAC field and this is what I use to take my calls on. It's not bad but it's needs to be easier to customize for each individual user. By changing colors or fonts especially. The black background doesn't help at times and wish that you could invert the colors. Also in some of the fields like the systems and task fields I wish you could add columns. Servman in general is really restrictive and not very user friendly and in this aspect. Please fix some issues.
