I've had 2 services with the app - the first one was a cleaning service where the helper didn't clean well and the price charged for 3 hours was exorbitant. The second time I got the handyman service to change the ceiling lights and the guy broke the light covers. The covers are supposed to be twisted and removed and the guy just pulled it out breaking the holders. Never wanna book any other service via this app.

Lots of bad reviews here and I nearly didn't download, but have to say service is exceptional. Had a great one time clean and customer service very prompt when I wanted to change the start time. App is very easy to use too. Well worth trying.

The Worst Company ever. Booked a one-off job and did not select recurring option. After the job was completed, they charged my credit card for recurring charges without getting my consent! When I found out I asked for a refund and they refused to refund my money. Scam!!!! DO NOT use this App

Helper damaged my wood floor and the company is taking weeks to review, and has not provided any assistance. Update: Extremely disappointing. Both the helper and Sendhelper has acknowledged the damages. But it has been a few months already, and there is still no compensation, and the only solution that Sendhelper offered is some credits for future use, and has asked me to negotiate directly with the helper for compensation. Not recommended due to poor costumer service.
