I downloaded this app because I have severe food allergies. Unfortunately, when I was trying to test this at home, all it does is close itself as soon as I try to scan something. I have used the website version while researching food online and looked forward to something on the go, but it looks like it won't happen.

Theres not alot of love to give to this app. I endear the idea of being able to scan foods that you buy to learn more about them but this app doesnt really do a good job at that either. The scanner is very tedious to center around the super tiny barcodes and when you finally do get it to scan after frantically moving your camera around for 30 seconds, all it does is pull you up information from the food company websites. If I wanted to do that, I wouldnt need this app. So far this is a big flop.

After reading the bad reviews, I gave this app the benefit of the doubt by giving it a try. The scanner doesn't work and when it does it saids there is no coupon available and I've tried over and over again scanning different coupon and it still didn't work. Now I'm deleting this app and hoping they make it better cause it would be cool to scan all these coupons instead of having them in paper and caring them around. Hope they fix it!

I don't get why people are giving this a bad rating ( although I haven't tried the coupon thing), but I'm vegetarian and this app makes it SO EASY to find out I ingredients, especially when you don't know what a certain ingredient is. It gives a description and is awesome! Quick and easy for a "new" ( been veg for about 9 months) vegetarian!

So, it may not be an app thing, But the first try using it sends me to a corperate web site of manufacturer, not the actual product. If I wanted to search my self I could have binged or Google it! My app for upc codes is far more useful.

App worked immediately on my Note 8 and was able to pull up info for my can of Coke Zero. App includes ingredient information, which is extremely convenient. Nutrition information matches can, not sure what the expected benefit is
