Thank you for the quick response to app related problems. Problem Description:The bills are not reflected immediately and stay there seems forever(or perhaps when the next bill come in), it caused trouble for us customer to track whether the bill is being paid or not(although we can open email and check for the receipt), hope this problem can be fixed.(The problems also same on the website of SEB Cares)

Just close this app.. Useless.. Not functioning .. Second time install, I still have the same problem, login take time too long, but at the end, still can't enter the app, and then I request the new password, also take time too long, but I don't know, how many hours it will can enter the app.. I don't have any more time to wait, so the best way is DELETE AGAIN.. no improvement.. Tq

Overall the app is working. My bills are reflected on the app properly. I don't know if report supply interruption works because I have no indicator that it is being read or received but indicates that it is sent towards the SEB team. Going to *Settings* takes time to load. Is going to Settings need internet connectivity?

What is wrong with your apps? Sometimes it work, sometimes it doesn't. Im always pay my bills before due date and your apps keep telling "opss something not right or your account is block/invalid and have to change my password and account every two months. Im already try to uninstall it twice to try to fix it. It doesn't work.

What's wrong with this app? A lot of people complaints still you done nothing to improve? It's took too long to process registration. I couldn't even subscribe the bill. Already done uninstall and installed but still the same so disappointed.

When login, I get 3 kind of response 1. "Sorry account has been lock", then I click login again, same msg 2. After repeated step one 3 times I get "Opss something is not right", then I click login again 3. it show loading non stop Then I tried in the website, mostly same as above
