AgencyWeb® Mobile provides an easy mobile connection to AgencyWeb® IWM workforce management system. With AgencyWeb® Mobile, your managers and employees can complete scheduling and daily administrative tasks from mobile devices. As a result, your workforce is more informed and able to easily process information while on the go.

“When am I scheduled to be in court? Can I take next Tuesday off?”
With AgencyWeb® Mobile, employees can take care of these types of situations directly from their mobile device. The information they need and the ability to schedule events is at their fingertips -- whenever and wherever it’s needed.

Want to see what's on your calendar later this year? No problem.
Just side-swipe to navigate to a future time period – or swipe to last year and compare what was scheduled back then. You’ll be able to view your calendar in daily, weekly or monthly formats. By simply tapping on any date, you can view details about your shift and any approved events.

What about viewing another employee’s calendar on a particular date? If you’ve got the right permission level, you’ll be able to pull that up in seconds.

“What does my overtime look like for last week?”
With AgencyWeb® Mobile, employees can view their own HR info, including their assignments and supervisor details, pay details, time sheets, contact and emergency contact information. They can search for other employees and generate emails or calls directly from their phone. Depending on their permission level, they can access additional information about others.

“I’m so glad that I got the alert about the interstate closing down.”
With AgencyWeb® Mobile, employees can receive announcements that range from general agency notifications to specific announcements for targeted employee groups, such as shift-related CAD incidents or BOLO'S. When AgencyWeb® IWM is interfaced with RMS or CAD systems, announcements can be setup to be automatically received by certain groups of personnel.

“Joe’s out sick again today. I’ll call Mary to see if she can backfill his assignment.”
Managers can call available employees to backfill unplanned vacancies. They can easily respond to employee leave and overtime requests from the field. Or they can quickly find and call an employee’s supervisor when needed.

Employees Can:
• View their shift schedule that includes approved events
• View other’s shift schedules
• Receive agency announcements
• Request time off and work exceptions
• Request overtime
• View their timesheets
• Call and/or email other agency personnel (with authorized permission)

In Addition to What Employees Can Do, Managers Can:
• Approve time-off requests
• Approve overtime requests
• View/call employee’s contact and emergency contact information
• View additional information about employees

As an extension of AgencyWeb® IWM, AgencyWeb® Mobile applies the same permissions and security roles to its user base. It is currently available for Android® devices. NOTE: To enable this application your agency must have AgencyWeb® IWM server software. Contact your system administrator for details.
