The concept is great. The functionality is terrible. Everyone in our company has to use this app for specific insurance companies we work for. Throughout our network, we all have the same complaints. Drains phone batteries to almost nothing. CONSTANT error messages to the point where we can't even complete our entries. It takes up too much time trying to fight error messages and we end up spending more time later in the day trying to go back and enter it all again. At least one or more entries on every job will get deleted, just disappearing, and we won't even notice until the insurance adjuster calls us on it. We have to constantly cross check to make sure things get uploaded. It's become more of a burden than anything. Disappointing.
