This app was working until now. I didnt have any issues until recently and I see I am not the only one. Before the issue, I would submit a request and the tech was out here in a timely manner. Now with the internet connection error, I am putting request in on their website and its taking too long to get a tech out here. Please fix asap!

Now that I have it installed on two devices that it wont open on, I read other reviews and see that the odds of getting my $15.00 refund reimbursed for a laundry card that suddenly quit reading are HIGHLY unlikely no matter how many times I request it I am more than unhappy. Pending a phone call to the company in the mornng; I looks like I may be on the phone with the Better Business Bureau in tbe morning as well.

Just uninstalled. I am glad SJSU got rid of this company. First off this app is garbage. No punctuation accepted for explaining the problem so everything is a run-on sentence. No email or text confirmation on status. Second, they don't even come out most of the time. Support never answers the phone. Honestly this company is trash. I really don't know how this company still exists with all of the problems they have from constant broken machines to buggy apps.

It doesn't work at all. I just downloaded and opened it only to be greeted by a "Network not found" message that won't go away. I have tried everything from changing between wifi and 4g, force stopping and restarting, and even re-installing the app. NOTHING.

Okay app. Terrible business with poorly maintained machines and even worse customer service. Seriously, don't use their machines. Too many problems and reporting issues does nothing. I've reported problems with the machines with both this app and their website. Problems seem to go through yet I've never recieved contact back from the company after reporting issues. I called, but abrasive rep on their phone system told me I could only get a refund for an issue I was having today. Unhelpful!

Can't even get into the app. Says no internet even though there is! We deal with this company on multiple properties. They've really gone downhill. Takes literally weeks to get machines fixed and they can't even tell me what they fixed when they were there. Horrible to deal with
