Dangerous app when you're on a steep roof and you're required to use it to take 1 photo at a time. Point, shoot, look at screen to see tiny checkmark to press and approve...for each photo! A proper inspection can have 50+ photos. I'm not sure how OSHA would deem this safe.

Takes more time than the standard process of adjusting. Doesnt accurately apply client standards, meaning you have to manually change the estimate anyways. I would rather not be forced to document a loss on my phone on a sunny day with chalk residue flying all over the place. Especially when it slows you down.

Clunky, buggy, not enough roofing options, causes weird glitches with the sketch when you delete all the unnecessary folders and ridiculous names that come with the CAD after a referral is sent. This app adds time to the inspection process and then adds more time to writing the report because line items always need to be tweaked, changed, and added plus the sketch is a mess of folders

Same old junk, new company. Login is always a pain and the app is slow with poor results. I can do everything myself faster and not waste time in the field where the temp is 100 degrees and 90 percent humidity. I had hoped for improvement with new company still can not login without a phone call.

Support team got back to me regarding a fault within a few hours and provided a workaround until a formal solution could be implemented so props to them for being on top of things. I'm still not a big fan of the app but I'll keep working with it. At this stage I'm still faster and more accurate doing claims the traditional way.

I'm a fan. It does not give you every line item in the estimating software, but it gives you something that can then be changed to the correct line item. The idea of the program is to make it so you can document the damages accurately because it is fresh on your mind and it provides a check list of things you may forget. Sometimes change is hard for certain individuals so they will fight the concept. I wish i could use it with every carrier vs. the select few.
