Have to use a supplied VCI from all data. Not for mobile labor times or moble R & R procedures.

I have been an all data customer for as long as I can remember (15-20 years) to expect a professional repair shop to pay a monthly fee for such a low quality device that doesn't compare to any professional scanner is one thing, but to make them pay for mobile version of a website that we already pay for in 2021 is poor service. Mobile versions of programs are an expectation in this day and age. I will continue my subscription with alldata however very frustrated by this

Tried it once in 2018, sends you back to the login screen after putting in your credentials. Tried it again just a few minutes ago, sends you back to the login screen after putting in your credentials. It is a very consistent bug because I actually have a different phone then the one from 2018 (Note 8) with the one used today that has been factory reset a couple days ago. (Note 9)

This app is only for the professional diagnostics tool supplied by ALLDATA. In that context it works properly. It is not for the DIY version. All versions will also run on the standard tablet web browser and provide repair information. Diagnostics (codes, scan data, bidirectional control) require this app, the proper vehicle connection interface, and a current diagnostics subscription. The difficulties that other reviewers are posting are due to user error.

Can't get the app to allow me to log in guess ill jist go to my computer. If I pay for a subscription I should be able to access it from the app or the internet what gives.

Always trying to reconnect while in test drive mode. Can't connect to vehicle unless I have internet connection. Worthless if i go anywhere but in the shop. Otherwise the PIDS I'm able to pull up are helpful. Needs a definite update to fix.
