Does what it says! Support team was very responsive when I had some issues setting it up. Will upgrade to five stars if I can get it to send notifications on every message received rather than just every new chat!

My clients can't use the chat in their cellphones because they are missing the enter key... So they can't respond when I text them... Also some times it never tell you when someone is calling you, they send a notification 5 minutes later and the client is not there anymore.
