App just crashes randomly. Very glitchy app contains lots of bugs. My whole phone slowed down after using this. Its causing me to get a bollocking from the controllers. I tryed re installed app I tryed clearing data. Nothing works. Does not stay open in background. Controllers are always trying to call me to press a button. This is risking me losing my job as an exec private hire driver... thanks

unreliable and buggy. poorly designed as well. many buttons too small, others ridiculously big. option to log off (used once a day) comes up before option to send a message (used very frequently) so I often log off by mistake. the app is ok at a desk, but hit and miss in action at work.

Utterly incompetent devs.. Latest update causes it to input the wrong addressess into Googlemaps when you look at locations, the qwerty keyboard's way too small so entering a five-letter word takes fifteen inputs, deleting the typos and retrying.. And 90% of the inputs it requires are totally redundant, serving no practical function but distracting drivers with idiotic software design.. Why must i "accept" each job TWICE when there's no option to refuse it? Dangerous, reckless, irresponsible.

system OK apart from messaging service . Why is there no predictive text option....why must I have to delete every letter individualy to clear message.. ....and why must I have to delete everything I have written to correct a mistake earler in the sentence ?

Very poor, this new update came out yesterday and now it won't work on Android phones. I can't receive jobs or messages from controllers on this app, total waste of time!

it was great b4 the SAMSUNG UPDATES now it doesn't work I have to switch off my phone to make it work again grrrrr
