Really great app it helps me with the how i work and makes it easy

The app works fine but it needs to incorporate some improvements, such as: a cancellation fee for users and not to punish that hard the driver's cancellation, today I was disconnected for 1 hour after canceling a ride, additionally they should allow the driver to update the destination if necessary, as the app does not update the fare based on the kilometers traveled, it can happen that a passenger puts a destination and we really go to a different place.

The app doesn't make you the driver know how the payment is going to be paid , weather cash or Debit card 💳. And try to work on your GPS because is very bad. Also charges are very bad based on change off roads that are blocked or in a lower traffic 🚥.

Cancellation policy is not fair at all!yesterday it took me 15minutes to a customer and once i was there she cancelled!so what i get from that!!also i have a suggestion i don't know to whom i can tell to modify the app!thanks

As a driver I'm not quite satisfied with the service because i believe the amount of money the company takes from us (drivers) is too high, plus the fact that now there is an extra charge that, in theory, the passenger pays but in the end we drivers are the one to pay for it because it's taken out of the total amount of the ride and not from your commission.
